MY SCOPE OF PRACTICE

As an Integrated Nutrition and Health Coach, I can provide guidance and support - to discuss, empower and motivate encouragement to make lifestyle changes. I will guide you towards an end goal, identifying your strengths, passions and gifts.


I am a Full Member of the Leading Professional Association for Health Coaches in UK and Internationally (UKIHCA) and comply with their Scope of Practice Framework. I am also a member of the Federation of Nutritional Therapy Practitioners.


As an Integrated Nutrition and Health Coach, I am unable to diagnose or prescribe medication.

My Story that brought me here..............

I have over 25 years years of experience in the holistic health industry, working both in my own practice, NHS and in private clinics. 

I believe in a person centred approach and will always respect and appreciate your individuality. The coaching sessions are yours and I am only there to steer and guide you in your preferred journey.

I have  experienced menstrual issues throughout my life and managed them naturally with food or homeopathy. I believe that having lived it, I have empathy to the difficulties we are faced with as women.

It was also when I was diagnosed with a DVT (Deep Vein Thrombosis) in my left leg in 2023 which was a sign to take stock of my life and make some significant changes.

I resigned from my desk job in a clinic realising that not moving enough between client appointments was possibly a factor. I began completing 10,000 steps every day and sometimes more. I completed the 1 million step challenge with Diabetes UK as accountability to make me walk each day for charity.

I re-evaluated my diet as we do get complacent and made further improvements. I managed to reduce all the menopausal and post menopausal waist bulge that had accumulated and now love my new shape.

From working in an ADHD clinic, I was aware that women with ADHD had been often overlooked because they did not meet the male-based criteria for diagnosis. And it seems very little support is available when women with ADHD start peri-menopause or menopause. I vowed that I would make myself available to help guide women through this tricky time.


I decided to achieve an Accreditation as an Integrated Nutrition and Health Coach which would encompass all my years of training. So, here I am......

Pre-consultation (Discovery call) - Free 15 minutes

This call allows you to discuss what your expectations are regarding nutrition and health coaching and whether you think this might be right for you. The sessions are yours and guided by myself, so you need to feel comfortable to get the most from the coaching sessions.

Initial Consultation

This health coaching consultation will take approximately 90 minutes and will involve a simple review of diet and lifestyle, with suggestions to make appropriate changes, particularly focusing on nutrition coaching for women's health, including considerations for ADHD in women and Menopause Health.

These follow-up sessions may be necessary after the initial consultation to discuss your achievements and challenges related to health coaching, particularly if you're navigating issues like ADHD in women or Menopause Health.
